The mortgage process:

Pre-Qualification

There are some important factors in determining how much money you may borrow and how much house you can afford:

- Monthly income

- Monthly expenditures

- Credit history

- Employment history

- Anticipated down payment

- Desired mortgage payment

Our E-Z Credit Application is a free pre-qualification service that helps determine your borrowing eligibility in a speedy manner.
